Celebrate in Style!
You can celebrate in style at the Shay Center! Your wedding day is special, and your Shay Center Event Specialist will listen to you and work tirelessly to make sure every detail is taken care of so you can enjoy a stress-free reception. We offer three packages to make your special day memorable.
Stylish Package
Our Stylish package costs $900 and is for the six (6) hour rental of one half of the main banquet hall, which will accommodate 100 guests. This package does not include beverages. Please call for pricing.
Have 101-350 guests? You can choose our Stylish Plus package and rent the entire banquet hall for an additional $550, which includes an additional bartender. This package does not include beverages. Please call for pricing.
The Stylish and Stylish Plus packages include the following:
- 20 x 20 Dance floor
- Use of the audio-visual equipment to display rotating photos of the bride and groom, and their family and friends
- Rental of the bar (no outside alcohol allowed in the Shay Center)
- Bartender(s) and a security guard
- Use of a hallway lounge and covered porch for gifts, overflow space, or many other uses
- Kitchen for caterer’s use
Table linens, china, glass, and silverware are not offered as a part of these packages, but can be rented separately. *If you choose the Stylish packages all set-up and clean-up will be the responsibility of the renters.
Elegant Package
For an additional $700 you can upgrade to our Elegant package and get everything the Stylish & Stylish Plus packages offer as well as:
- Set-up of tables & chairs and clean-up of the banquet hall (caterer must clean kitchen)
- White table linens, white china and silverware, plus linen napkins available in white, black or red – other colors may be available upon request
- Silver coffee urn and serving pieces for wedding cake

Grand Package
Choose our Grand package and have all of the details of your wedding and reception planned for you. The only thing you have to do is the fun stuff! Pick your colors and flowers, taste-test cake and menu selections, pick your favorite music, your favorite style of photography, you can even choose to have the ceremony here!
Due to variances in food, flower, beverage and photographer options, the Grand package can only be priced on an individual basis.
