Welcome to Blair's Premiere Event Center!
The Shay Center located on South Highway 30 in Blair is the premiere facility in Blair to offer individualized rooms for business meetings as well as wedding receptions, family reunions, birthday parties, graduation parties, or any social event you can imagine.
Our completely smoke-free and barrier-free facility offers modern multi-media capabilities in both our conference and banquet rooms. We also offer a full-service kitchen for catered meals as well as a bar open to all events. Off street, private parking ensures you’ll always have a parking spot near the door.

The Shay Center offers several packages for all social events, from room-rental only to our in-house planners handling every detail of your event in our new 350+ seat facility.
